Body for Life
Hello all. New member here. I have recently finished my 1st Body for Life Challenge and am just starting a new one - i've lost 16 lbs so far! I would love some feedback on my before and after pics (located he http://fuzzyelfone.blogspot.com/) just scrolll down the page a bit. Thanks for any comments in advance. Also, I love to post recipes if anyone would like to send me some. I always appreciate the nutritional info

I've got pictures spanning 151 weeks if you're interested. They're at http://www.bodyforlife-tracker.com/s...e.cfm?id=10797 It looks like you were one of the people who goes from "okay" to "fabulous" by losing 15 pounds. I was one of those people who went from "obese" to "slightly less obese" by losing 15 pounds. Three years later and I'm just about where you are starting, LOL! Dally 244/165/155 |
