But am home! I did well while away, and kept on program 99% of the
time. My mum is very good at not over-feeding me (used to both Big Sis
and I having IBS!), especially since she has been unwell (polymialgia
rheumatica, and a car crunch affecting arthritis in the lower back,
bless her! poor darling... ), as her apatite has also diminished. We
had a good week, but I was greedy this evening when we got home. Oh,
well - one day off in a fortnight will do little harm, and it was nice
to get home, even though the holiday (from hubby and son as well as from
home and most of the work!) was brilliant and very relaxing. And I
pigged on rice cakes and a slice of bread, not chocolate, chips, and cake!

While I was with mum, t'lads were he

Kate, can anyone truly pig out on rice cakes? It sounds like you had a
nice trip.

I did have a nice trip, and yes, *I* can pig out on rice cakes!

Today's downfall: fruit salad! I forgot we needed to eat it up, and so
went over by a couple or three points. Ho hum! At least it was a
HEALTHY piggy session, involving mango, melon, grapes, pineapple,
banana, apple... Oh, and a dab of half fat creme fraiche!
