Back on Track
Well, I have done it.
Gotten myself back on track w/ my diet. I know it's only 9:20 a.m. lol, but I can tell that I'll do fine today. I have all of my meals planned for the day and I have left my own personal pity party. I think I know why I ended up w/ a 10 lb weight gain and now that I know better, I can do better. |

*grin* I think we do need the pity party every once in a while..
I'm with you though.. enough of that.. I need my energy for getting my behind on track! no time to lose! What have you got planned for today? As far as food goes, I had a chicken breast w/ soy beans for breakfast (weird, I know, but I don't like most breakfast foods). Salad and fresh fruit for lunch and Mexican Chicken w/ grilled peppers & onions and brown rice for dinner. Today I'm taking the kids to the pool for an hour or 2. We need a little fun in the sun time I'm also doing laundry to get ready for our trip ... another 4 lds to do and I'm done.
