Default I Am Fed Up!

hi, cutting out the fries is a great place to start, if you are eating
take-out/fast food often go for the salads with low fat dressings, or
healthy sandwiches like chicken, turkey or tuna with little or no
mayo. Eat small meals throughout the day, this will help to speed up
your metablism.
