Default Monday Weigh-in 5/14

Had a good result this week. It was hard work getting enough exercise while
developing foot pain. I'm hoping it is only a bruised heel and some rest
will make it better. Still maintaining my 1700 a day lifestyle. I went and
saw my sister finish her first half marathon on Sunday. She wants me to run
it with her next year, so I promised her I'd do my best. I am going to try a
5k at the end of this year to see how I do. Would like to drop 50 more
before I even think about running.

Joe 357/313/220 (or less)

*6 lbs until I hit 50 lbs lost
*14 lbs until I hit the 200's (haven't seen sub 300 for 9 years)
*44 lbs lost total
*93 lbs from goal

Thanks Chris. I am so excited to get there! If my calculations hold true to
life I'll be there in about 4-5 weeks. That's based on 2-3 per week. :-)

Congrats! That's exciting that you are so close to the 200s!

Be careful on the foot pain. Heel pain, especially in the morning,
might signal the onset of plantar fasciitis, what I've got. So rest,
monitor and if you continue to have it, get thee to a doctor!

Thanks Cynthia. It's actually feeling much better. My confidence is
skyrocketing more each day. I signed up for an 8 mile walk and a 30 mile
bike ride in June. It's going to establish my benchmarks to see how my
fitness level is progressing.

That sounds like a good idea. You'll know where you stand, and being
able to see progress is always great!
